Featured Voices is an editorial directory of the people building Dubai real estate. We publish verified profiles and untold stories of the founders, CEOs, directors and brokers behind the city’s property market.
Every profile is gathered in conversation, written by our editorial team, checked against the evidence and reviewed before it goes live. A feature cannot be bought, and nothing on the site is sponsored.
We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and cover Dubai real estate exclusively.
Editorial Standards
The rules we can be held to.
Recognition is only worth something if the standard behind it is written down and applied the same way every time. This is ours, in full.

Nothing here is for sale
No title can be purchased, upgraded or sponsored. There is no paid placement, no advertorial, and no commercial relationship between a subject and the way they are presented.

Every name is nominated, then assessed
A submission is the start of the process, not the end of it. Editors weigh every claim against the evidence and decide how the subject is presented, which is not always how they were put forward.

Claims are checked before they run
Transaction volumes, portfolio scale, tenure and titles are verified against public filings, registry data and the subject's own record. Anything we cannot stand behind does not appear.

Copy is written by editors, not by subjects
Headline, deck and body are written in-house. Subjects review for factual accuracy; they do not approve tone, framing or placement.

The record is corrected in the open
Promotions, corrections and removals are requested through the same tracked channel as a nomination, reviewed by an editor, and applied, or declined, on the record.
