Recognition is not bought.
It cannot be traded.
It is earned, then reported.
The standard
No tier is for sale. No placement is sponsored. No profile goes live without an editor’s name against it.
The gate, live
Most do not get through.
Submissions arrive constantly.
Every name is read, checked against the published tier thresholds, and given one of three answers: returned, held for a closer look, or approved for an untold story.

Tier II · Founders' Table
Submission received
A name arrives and is logged against a reference the sender can track from this moment on. Nothing is lost, and nothing is quietly ignored.
Editorial Standards
The rules we can be held to.
Recognition is only worth something if the standard behind it is written down and applied the same way every time. This is ours, in full.
- 01
Nothing here is for sale
No tier can be purchased, upgraded or sponsored. There is no paid placement, no advertorial, and no commercial relationship between a subject and their position in the hierarchy.
- 02
Every name is nominated, then assessed
A submission is the start of the process, not the end of it. Editors weigh the claim against the published threshold for each tier and place the subject where the evidence puts them, which is not always the tier they were put forward for.
- 03
Claims are checked before they run
Transaction volumes, portfolio scale, tenure and titles are verified against public filings, registry data and the subject's own record. Anything we cannot stand behind does not appear.
- 04
Copy is written by editors, not by subjects
Headline, deck and body are written in-house. Subjects review for factual accuracy; they do not approve tone, framing or placement.
- 05
The record is corrected in the open
Promotions, corrections and removals are requested through the same tracked channel as a nomination, reviewed by an editor, and applied, or declined, on the record.
Not promotion.
Not influence.
Untold stories.
Every profile here was nominated, screened in seven stages, and written by an editor. Nobody buys their way onto this record.

The record
If you built part of this city, your name belongs on it.
There is one directory of the people behind Dubai property, and it cannot be bought into. Every name was nominated, screened in seven stages, and published with an editor’s name against it. The people below are already on it.
Submitting takes a few minutes. Most submissions are returned, so make the case properly.
Coming soon · The Voices Room
The conversations behind the tiers.
A long-form interview series with the people in the hierarchy, how the deals were actually done, what the market looked like from inside the room, and the calls they would make differently. Recorded in Dubai, published unedited except for length.
“The tower was sold before the crane arrived. That is the whole business, in one sentence.”
